Your research idea stays yours
The idea you submit is unpublished intellectual work, and we treat it that way:
- It is never shared with other users, reviewers, or third parties.
- It is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone's. Evaluation requests are processed by AI providers under terms that exclude training on the data.
- It is used for exactly two things: producing your evaluation, and matching opportunities for your weekly radar.
What we store
- Your email address, optional ORCID iD, and the idea(s) you submit (title, description, stage, target journal).
- The evaluation we produced and your interactions with radar emails (save / dismiss clicks) — used to improve ranking for you.
- We look up your public scholarly record (via ORCID/OpenAlex) only if you provide an ORCID iD.
- Anonymous, cookie-less page-view statistics (page, referrer, country). IP addresses are never stored — only a daily-rotating anonymous hash that cannot be linked back to you.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of data. No advertising. No tracking cookies — this site sets none.
- No emails beyond the ones you asked for: your evaluation, and the weekly radar you explicitly confirm (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Where and how long
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, eu-west-1). Emails are delivered via Resend (EU region). We keep your data while your subscription is active; unsubscribed accounts and their ideas are deleted within 90 days, or immediately on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of everything we hold about you — one email to marek.sulik@gmail.com, answered by a human. Data controller: Marek Šulik, Slovakia.
